I truly believe that a good PMA (Positive mental attitude) is the make or break it part of your day that decides exactly what kind of day you’re going to have. Being positive is something that doesn’t come naturally for most people. Its something that I work on daily. (B is always better at it than me!) I’m lucky that I have a someone in my corner to catch me when I’m slipping. Its so easy in the world we live in today to be negative. Its like its cool to complain.So in a world full of grumpy people, how do you keep yourself in check and keep you attitude on the up and up? A gratitude journal is a great way to start. I plan to write something down everyday that I’m thankful for. It doesn’t have to be anything big, but I’m sure there is at lest ONE thing that happens a day that makes you smile. So why not write it down and remind yourself of all of the good things daily. How cool will it be to go back and read through all of the things that made you happy in 2016?
I was gifted this journal by Eccolo Ltd. (I cant find my exact journal,but they have some pretty cute ones in the Christian collection.) If you have a Home-goods, TJ Maxx, or Marshals by you I would recommend checking out their note books. I can always find some really nice journals there for around 4-8 dollars.
